Skin checks save lives.

Australia has the highest rate of skin cancer in the world, and early detection changes outcomes. Bringing regular skin checks into the workplace puts trained clinical eyes in front of your people, promotes early detection and prevention, and demonstrates in the most practical way possible that the health of your workforce matters. It is a visible act of corporate responsibility, and it builds a culture rooted in trust, support and shared care.

How a skin check activation works

01

A service design is structured for your requirements, covering delivery details, scheduling and availability, WHS compliance needs, and confirmation of participants and dates.

Tailored service design

02

We provide resources to your HR or management team to promote the service, and staff book their own appointments online through a QR code. Onboarding is seamless.

Promotion and onboarding

03

Delivery day

We arrive onsite and set up in a private room. That is all we need from you.

04

You receive a report of de-identified data for your wellbeing program metrics, and every participant receives a follow-up email prompting a GP review where one was recommended.

Reporting and follow-up

The full skin check

Assessment protocol

  • Head-to-toe assessment of the skin, conducted in privacy. Participants remove clothing, underwear stays on, and a gown is worn. Areas under the underwear are not examined.

  • 15 minute duration per participant.

Every Skin check includes

  • Melanoma risk assessment for every participant.

  • Individualised skin health recommendations and sample sunscreen.

  • A closed-loop clinical governance reporting framework: any lesion of suspicion is referred to the participant's GP or a skin cancer GP, complete with digital imaging and a formal handover report.

Available add-on: 50 mL sunscreen per participant.

Educational sun safety workshops can be delivered onsite as part of your program, extending the impact of the skin check activation across your whole workforce. Corporate sun safety resources are also available on request.

Onsite health checks

Cardio-metabolic health checks.

Clinical screening, delivered at work

Cardiovascular and metabolic conditions are among the leading drivers of chronic disease in the Australian workforce, and most develop silently. A nurse-led health check gives each participant a clear, confidential picture of their key health markers, and a clinical pathway to act on what is found.

Each check is conducted onsite by a Registered Nurse in a private setting, following the same activation process as our skin check program: tailored service design, promotion and onboarding, delivery day, and de-identified reporting for your wellbeing program metrics.

The Cardio-Metabolic Health Check

Assessment protocol

  • Conducted onsite by a Registered Nurse in a private, confidential setting.

    20 minute duration per participant.

Every health check includes

  • Blood glucose level (BGL).

    Blood pressure (BP).

    Body mass index (BMI).

    Uric acid.

    Mini mental health assessment.

The same closed-loop clinical governance reporting framework: referrals to the IWC team or the participant's GP, with full documentation from the consultation.

Coming soon: drug and alcohol testing, and spirometry.
